Due to the nature of our products, the following Refund & Return Policy applies:

1. No Refund Policy

• All products sold by Bala Ji Traders are non-refundable.

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Return Policy

• All machines manufactured and supplied by Bala Ji Traders are non-returnable.

• Returns are not accepted, as machines are either custom-built or manufactured specifically based on customer requirements.

3. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

• Many of our machines are customized according to client specifications.

• Due to customization and production planning, order cancellation, return, or refund is not permitted once manufacturing has started.

4. Pre-Dispatch Quality Check

• Every machine undergoes testing, inspection, and quality checks before dispatch.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect the machine physically or via video demonstration before shipment or installation.

5. Transit Damage

• In case of visible damage during transportation, the customer must:

  • Inform the transporter immediately

  • Notify Bala Ji Traders within 24 hours of delivery

• Transit-related issues will be handled as per the transporter’s insurance policy. Bala Ji Traders is not responsible for damages caused during transit after dispatch.

6. Warranty & Service Support

• While refunds and returns are not allowed, after-sales service and warranty support will be provided as per the terms mentioned in the invoice or warranty document.

• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Installation & Acceptance

• Installation and commissioning may be provided at the customer’s location as agreed.

• Once the machine is installed and demonstrated, it will be considered accepted by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bala Ji Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the machines.

9. Policy Updates

Bala Ji Traders reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
